The International Sustainable Campus Network

The International Sustainable Campus Network (ISCN) provides a global forum to support leading colleges, universities, and corporate campuses in the exchange of information, ideas, and best practices for achieving sustainable campus operations and integrating sustainability in research and teaching.

Koç University is a member of the International Sustainable Campus Network  since 2014 and participates in a global exchange between campus sustainability leaders to further best practices.

 

UN Global Compact Membership

UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network Membership

UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) promotes integrated approaches to implement the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, through education, research, policy analysis, and global cooperation.

 

University Global Coalition

The University Global Coalition (UGC) aims for universities to cooperate in education and training in line with the Sustainable Development Goals. Koç University has already been a part of the UGC activities as one of the organizers since 2021. In March 2022, Koç University became one of the signatories of the UGC.

 

Global Network of UNESCO Chairs on Gender at KOÇKAM

The Global Network of UNESCO Chairs on Gender seeks to promote interdisciplinary exchanges and the generation of new knowledge that can contribute to the implementation of innovative practices and policies in the field of gender studies.

The Network currently comprises 20 UNESCO Chairs from different countries that carry out research, training and advocacy regarding gender-related matters: youth, gender-based violence, education of girls and women, sexuality, communication, human rights, democracy, women’s political and economic participation and activism; STEAM education, Society of Knowledge, Sustainable Development, urban planning and climate change.
